From what I can tell, it looks like you have stress incontinence, a fancy way of saying urinary leakage with activity, aaaaaaand that your bladder’s not-so-secretly begging you to “stop pressuring me!”. Stress incontinence takes place when the “pressure” of an activity (coughing, laughing, sneezing, jumping, etc.) outweighs your pelvic floor strength and leakage occurs.

Sound about right?

If you feel like this is a true representation of your bladder, then look no further! I’ve got a few resources for you. No way am I leaving you hanging by pointing out your bladder’s flaws then saying byeeeeeee before telling you what to do about it! Instead, I’ve made it my job (and absolute pleasure) to share how you can start seeing improvement in this area TODAY.

Yes, friend…get ready to throw the rest of your pads in the trash and participate in the activities you’ve been avoiding, because help is here!
