In case we haven’t met yet…Hi! I’m Amanda (and I couldn’t be happier to see ya here)!

I’m a doctor of physical therapy, certified pelvic health expert, nerd when it comes to *holistic* women’s wellness, and obsessed with making health (in every sense of the word) realistic, relatable, and real-life approved.

As a wife, mama, therapist, writer, and multi-passionate woman…trust me…I know how crazy life can get! That’s why I take a “less is more” approach to wellness and find so much joy in sharing my secrets with fellow busy & ambitious women like you.

I started this blog while advocating for my personal health and felt compelled to create a space for women to get the information & encouragement they need to confidently do the same.

If you’re tired of hearing “that’s just the way it is” when it comes to your body and are ok with the “no such thing as TMI” motto that I refuse to compromise, then settle on in, friend…this is how health is supposed to be.
